On August 21, U.S. Customs and Border Protection (CBP) issued Harmonized System Update (HSU) 2007 containing 416 ABI records and 77 harmonized tariff records.
This update includes modifications to support the United States Trade Representative’s (USTR) July 23, July 30 and August 11 product exclusions, as well as changes made as a result of Presidential Proclamation 10060, Adjusting Imports of Aluminum into the United States (effective 08/16/20).
Additionally, this update features adjustments required by the verification of the 2020 Harmonized Tariff Schedule (HTS).
