In the January 6 edition of the Federal Register, the Office of the United States Trade Representative (USTR) issued a notice announcing a new set of product exclusions from List 3 of the Section 301 tariffs. The product exclusions announced in the notice will apply as of September 24, 2018 and will until August 7, 2020.
