The United States – Mexico – Canada (USMCA) has celebrated its one-year anniversary on July 7, 2021.

As importers and exports continue to consider resourcing manufacturing in Mexico and/or Canada, it is important to know that USMCA is very different from NAFTA. One of the main differences for trade is the tools available and the certification process. The United States – Mexico – Canada allows for the importer to declare the USMCA Status and allow for the information to be provided in any format.
