The Northeast Wisconsin International Business Network, along with hosts Fox Valley Technical College and Northeast Wisconsin Technical College, is presenting a seminar on October 12, 2017 from 8:30am – 12:30pm at the Appleton Campus / D.J. Bordini Center.

Presenters Dan Clutch (Bureau of Industry and Security-Office of Export Enforcement), Eric Wilson (Litigator and trial lawyer-heading Godfrey & Kahn’s international trade team), and Chris Barnett (Licensed Customs Broker and Trade Compliance Administrator for Bemis Co Inc) will hold a panel discussion with a case-study approach on recent violation cases; identifying what went wrong and how to prevent your company from making the same mistakes.  They will also hold a Q&A on any questions attendees may have.

As regulations and compliance changes come into effect, this seminar offers a valuable opportunity for attendees to network and gain, among other things,  first-hand knowledge on overcoming obstacles, cultural and legal perspectives and negotiations, and learning how to be successful in international business.
