BDG International, Inc. was established in 1983. Currently located near Chicago in Elgin, Illinois
Mark Reed Anderson and Kerstin G. Anderson started BDG International from the ground up with great service in mind. We were fortunate to have had customers that put their faith in our ability. Hard work, long hours and great people built BDG from our beginnings to a well respected Freight Forwarder and Customs Broker.
BDG provides reliable logistics and transportation services to most every need. Our customers need personalized service and competitive pricing and we met their requirements.
BDG was approved by IATA in 1984, obtained our FMC license in 1985, formed our NVOCC in 1987, had over 170 countries operating by 1988, obtained our corporate license as a US Custom House Broker in 1996, purchased our new worldwide headquarters building in 2003, obtained our C-TPAT status in 2004 and our MC# for Truck Brokerage in 2005. BDG opened it's first international office in New Delhi, India in July 2007.
BDG excels shipping to developing parts of the world and specialized transportation projects. This work included but was not limited to letter of credit, dangerous goods, destination documents, Project Cargo, legalization, destination delivery, and Customs Clearance. We use this extensive knowledge today to assist our clients to solve difficult logistical challenges.
BDG services clients located throughout the USA. Our sales staff is routinely traveling to the surrounding states of Iowa, Wisconsin, Indiana, Michigan, Minnesota and particularly to population centers of Milwaukee, Chicago and Indianapolis
